Bill Richardson

Bill Richardson believes strongly that education equals empowerment. That’s why he has spent the last 18 years dedicated to educating clients and financial professionals nationwide about how to make the right financial decisions for themselves and their businesses. He is passionate about getting to know his clients and understanding their unique goals and concerns.

Bill and his experienced team at Retirement Income Source® of Minnesota help clients find and implement strategies to maximize income, minimize taxes, prepare for rising healthcare costs, maximize Social Security, and effectively manage investments.

Their primary goal is to help every client feel more secure and confident about their financial future.

Bill graduated from Luther College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and religion. He holds his state insurance license for life, health, and disability, and his Series 65 securities license. His commitment to education also led him to acquire his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.

Bill lives in Corcoran, Minnesota, with his wife, Jamie, and their three children Jackson, Jane, and Avery. He is also an avid tennis player and has played and coached at the collegiate level.

Becca Kaliszewski

Client Engagement Specialist

Becca Kaliszewski is a Client Engagement Specialist at the firm, where she focuses on event planning, client relations, scheduling, and operational support. She brings more than seven years of prior experience in human resources and senior home care operations, which has equipped her with strong skills in organization, attention to detail, and communication. Passionate about building meaningful relationships, she enjoys supporting clients and ensuring their experiences with the firm are smooth and rewarding. Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, biking, foraging, and gardening. She is also an avid baker, loves to cook and read, and is currently teaching herself how to sew. Each fall, she and her husband keep a family tradition alive by picking and pressing apples to make cider.
